The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.105.29

मार्गाश्च पथिकैः सार्धं पान्थस्त्रीहृदयानि च ।
दाशवद्विहगान्सर्वान्कुर्वदेकत्र संचितान् ॥ २९ ॥

mārgāśca pathikaiḥ sārdhaṃ pānthastrīhṛdayāni ca |
dāśavadvihagānsarvānkurvadekatra saṃcitān || 29 ||

The upper sky borrowed the semblance of the lower earth, by its spreading the curtain of darkness over the groups of its twinkling stars, like the outstretched nets of fishermen enfolding the finny tribe.
