The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वीच्यादि न यथोदेति समाया जलसंततेः ।
तथा न दृश्यते दोषः समायाः सत्त्वसंततेः ॥ ३१ ॥

vīcyādi na yathodeti samāyā jalasaṃtateḥ |
tathā na dṛśyate doṣaḥ samāyāḥ sattvasaṃtateḥ || 31 ||

The man of even and dispassionate mind, is never ruffled nor tainted by any fault; but remains as calm as the waters of the billowless and breezeless ocean.
