The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पुरः संकल्पके नष्टे संकल्पनगरस्य यत् ।
रूपं तद्विद्धि जगतः खादच्छं सदसन्मयम् ॥ २० ॥

puraḥ saṃkalpake naṣṭe saṃkalpanagarasya yat |
rūpaṃ tadviddhi jagataḥ khādacchaṃ sadasanmayam || 20 ||

In absence of this visionary world from view, its light which is more pellucid than that of the transparent firmament will vanish away into nothing.
