The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

समस्तकारणाभावाल्लोकशास्त्रानुभूतिभिः ।
युज्यन्ते च निराकर्तुं न महाप्रलयादयः ॥ २१ ॥

samastakāraṇābhāvāllokaśāstrānubhūtibhiḥ |
yujyante ca nirākartuṃ na mahāpralayādayaḥ || 21 ||

There is no testimony of the sastras, nor ocular evidence nor any reasonable inference, to show any material thing to be uncaused by some agent or other, and to survive the final dissolution of the world.
