The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सूत्रं मुक्ताफलेनेव जगज्जालं त्रिकालकम् ।
सर्वमन्तः कृतं तेन येन सर्वं समुज्झितम् ॥ ४९ ॥

sūtraṃ muktāphaleneva jagajjālaṃ trikālakam |
sarvamantaḥ kṛtaṃ tena yena sarvaṃ samujjhitam || 49 ||

He who connects all the worlds with himself, as the thread that connects the pearls in a necklace, is the man that possesses everything, by renouncing all things from himself.
