The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.93.35

सर्वस्य बीजे संत्यक्ते सर्वं त्यक्तं भवत्यलम् ।
संभवासंभवाद्भूप सर्वत्यागो भवेदिति ॥ ३५ ॥

sarvasya bīje saṃtyakte sarvaṃ tyaktaṃ bhavatyalam |
saṃbhavāsaṃbhavādbhūpa sarvatyāgo bhavediti || 35 ||

It is therefore by your giving up this seed of all events, that you really resign everything in the world, which is contained in and depends on this primary seed and mainspring of the mind. All possible as well as impossible renunciations, depend on the resignation of the mind.
