The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

दन्ताभ्यां यत्नतस्ताभ्यां मुहूर्तद्वितयेन सः ।
बभञ्ज शृङ्खलाजालं स्वर्गार्गलमिवासुरः ॥ ८ ॥
dantābhyāṃ yatnatastābhyāṃ muhūrtadvitayena saḥ |
babhañja śṛṅkhalājālaṃ svargārgalamivāsuraḥ || 8 ||
Then he exerted the force of both his tusks, and succeeded thereby to break asunder the iron bar; as the Titan of old, broke open the bolts at the gate of heaven.
