The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तत्कस्त्वं कस्य पुत्रस्त्वं किमायातोऽस्यनुग्रहात् ।
एतन्मे संशयं छिन्धि विमलेन्दुसमानन ॥ ८३ ॥

tatkastvaṃ kasya putrastvaṃ kimāyāto'syanugrahāt |
etanme saṃśayaṃ chindhi vimalendusamānana || 83 ||

Now deign O moon faced deva (deity) to reveal unto me what God thou art, and the progeny of what deity that dost deign to dignify me with thy visit; please tell me all this and remove the doubts that disturb my breast.
