The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कृतसंध्यासमाचारः सहचूडालयेष्टया ।
सुष्वाप शयने भूयो मैनाक इव सागरे ॥ ४१ ॥

kṛtasaṃdhyāsamācāraḥ sahacūḍālayeṣṭayā |
suṣvāpa śayane bhūyo maināka iva sāgare || 41 ||

The prince returned to his beloved princess after performing his evening services, and was drowned in deep sleep; as the mount Mainaka has drowned in the depth of the sea.
