The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.81.48

तदा समस्तमेवेदमुत्प्लावयति देहकम् ।
नीरन्ध्रं पवनापूर्णं भस्त्रेवाम्बु ततान्तरम् ॥ ४८ ॥

tadā samastamevedamutplāvayati dehakam |
nīrandhraṃ pavanāpūrṇaṃ bhastrevāmbu tatāntaram || 48 ||

Then this uprising force carries the whole body, filled with wind from its top to toe into the upper sky; as an aerosol floats upon the water, or as air balloon rises in the air.
