विद्धि कुण्डलिनीमन्तरामोदस्येव मञ्जरीम् ॥ ४४ ॥

puryaṣṭakaparākhyasya jīvasya prāṇanāmikām |
viddhi kuṇḍalinīmantarāmodasyeva mañjarīm || 44 ||
