The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इङ्गिताकारवेदित्वमेव मन्त्रिपदं परम् ।
अथ तस्य विवाहाय मन्त्रिवर्गो विचारयन् ॥ ३३ ॥

iṅgitākāraveditvameva mantripadaṃ param |
atha tasya vivāhāya mantrivargo vicārayan || 33 ||

As it is the business of ministership to dive into matters by their signs and prognosis, so these officers met together to deliberate on his marriage.
