The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तत्तत्पालयितुं राज्यं प्रसादं कर्तुमर्हसि ।
अप्रार्थितोपयातानां त्यागोऽर्थानां च नोचितः ॥ ८ ॥

tattatpālayituṃ rājyaṃ prasādaṃ kartumarhasi |
aprārthitopayātānāṃ tyāgo'rthānāṃ ca nocitaḥ || 8 ||

Therefore deign to rule over thy realm, nor refuse to accept an offer which comes unasked to thee.
