एकार्थाभ्यसनप्राणरोधचेतःपरिक्षयाः ।
एकस्मिन्नेव संसिद्धे संसिद्ध्यन्ति परस्परम् ॥ ४० ॥

ekārthābhyasanaprāṇarodhacetaḥparikṣayāḥ |
ekasminneva saṃsiddhe saṃsiddhyanti parasparam || 40 ||

Learn this one lesson, that the restraining of the mind and suppression of breath, mean the one and same thing; and if you succeed in restraining the one, you succeed in the restraint of other also.
