The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

न निन्द्यमस्ति नानिन्द्यं नोपादेयं न हेयता ।
न चात्मीयं न च परं कर्म ज्ञविषयं क्वचित् ॥ १३ ॥

na nindyamasti nānindyaṃ nopādeyaṃ na heyatā |
na cātmīyaṃ na ca paraṃ karma jñaviṣayaṃ kvacit || 13 ||

The acts of wise men are neither to be praised or blamed nor are they praiseworthy or blameable; because they are never done from private or public motives.
