The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ततस्त्रिभागशेषायां रात्र्यां पुनरहं धिया ।
उत्तराशान्तरं यातो वेलावात इवार्णवम् ॥ ७ ॥

tatastribhāgaśeṣāyāṃ rātryāṃ punarahaṃ dhiyā |
uttarāśāntaraṃ yāto velāvāta ivārṇavam || 7 ||

I then ran in my mind at the last watch of the night, and passed over the regions on the north, as the fleet winds fly over the waves of the ocean.
