The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.63.70

असंवित्तेस्तु यन्नास्ति तन्नाशे का कदर्थना ।
तूष्णींभावेन यत्प्राप्यं प्राप्तमेवाशु विद्धि तत् ॥ ७० ॥

asaṃvittestu yannāsti tannāśe kā kadarthanā |
tūṣṇīṃbhāvena yatprāpyaṃ prāptamevāśu viddhi tat || 70 ||

What is lost at its disappearance (as our friends and properties), is neither worth seeking or searching after, nor sorrowing for when it is lost and gone from us. That which is gained of itself in our calm and quiet without any anxiety or assiduity on our part, is truly reckoned to be our best gain.
