The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एवमत्यन्तचित्रासु संसारारण्यभूमिषु ।
बह्वीष्वहमतिभ्रान्तस्त्वशून्यास्विव भूरिशः ॥ २२ ॥

evamatyantacitrāsu saṃsārāraṇyabhūmiṣu |
bahvīṣvahamatibhrāntastvaśūnyāsviva bhūriśaḥ || 22 ||

Thus have I wandered through the variegated paths of life, in this wilderness of the world; and I have roamed in many aerial regions, as if I trod on solid and substantial ground.
