The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

दृष्टाः शम्बरगन्धर्वविलासैरप्यसंभवाः ।
देशकालक्रियाद्रव्यरत्नसंचरणीयजाः ॥ २६ ॥

dṛṣṭāḥ śambaragandharvavilāsairapyasaṃbhavāḥ |
deśakālakriyādravyaratnasaṃcaraṇīyajāḥ || 26 ||

By magical art (that is, Gandharva vidya) we see even impossible objects such as two moons, Kavandhas, mantras, drugs, and Pishacha. All these are the works of wonderful erroneous magic, which are in fact nothing.
