The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.52.26

भूभारपरिभूताङ्गी हरिं शरणमेष्यति ।
कान्ता दस्युपराभूता दीना पतिमिव प्रिया ॥ २६ ॥

bhūbhāraparibhūtāṅgī hariṃ śaraṇameṣyati |
kāntā dasyuparābhūtā dīnā patimiva priyā || 26 ||

The earth groaning under her burden, and oppressed by tyranny and lawlessness, will have recourse to Hari for her redress, as when a virtuous wife resorts to her husband from the aggression of Dasyus.
