The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

गुणगुण्यर्थसत्तात्मरूपिण्यासां परात्मता ।
चिति चित्तेऽस्ति मेर्वादि तदभिव्यञ्जनात्मनि ॥ २८ ॥

guṇaguṇyarthasattātmarūpiṇyāsāṃ parātmatā |
citi citte'sti mervādi tadabhivyañjanātmani || 28 ||

The supreme soul shows itself in various ways in the substance and properties of things, as the Divine Intellect represents the forms of mountains and all other things in the changeful mind.
