The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.47.20

ब्रह्मणीदं सुषुप्ताभं नास्त्यनाशं शिलाब्जवत् ।
ब्रह्मत्वं ब्रह्मणि यथा तथैवेदं जगत्स्थितम् ॥ २० ॥

brahmaṇīdaṃ suṣuptābhaṃ nāstyanāśaṃ śilābjavat |
brahmatvaṃ brahmaṇi yathā tathaivedaṃ jagatsthitam || 20 ||

The world is eternally situated in God, as the figures in the stone which are never effaced; the world is as inseparably connected with the Deity, as the god head of god with himself.
