नानाकलहकल्लोलललनोल्लासशालिना ।
रागद्वेषविलासेन सौम्यमात्मानमर्चयेत् ॥ ३८ ॥

nānākalahakallolalalanollāsaśālinā |
rāgadveṣavilāsena saumyamātmānamarcayet || 38 ||

Whether overwhelmed by broils, or buffeting in the waves of mishaps, whether undergoing the troubles or enjoying the comforts of domestic life, men must serve their souls at all times.
