The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.39.10

रसीकृत्य रसं प्राणस्वान्तोदात्ततुरङ्गमम् ।
प्राणापानरथारूढं गूढमन्तर्गुहाशयम् ॥ १० ॥

rasīkṛtya rasaṃ prāṇasvāntodāttaturaṅgamam |
prāṇāpānarathārūḍhaṃ gūḍhamantarguhāśayam || 10 ||

He gives flavour to all sweets, and enjoys the sweetness of his felicity (ananda) in himself; and employs the breathings as his horses, and borne in the car of respiration, sleeps in the cell of the heart.
