The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.37.16

ज्ञानशक्तिः क्रियाशक्तिः कर्तृताऽकर्तृतापि च ।
इत्यादिकानां शक्तीनामन्तो नास्ति शिवात्मनः ॥ १६ ॥

jñānaśaktiḥ kriyāśaktiḥ kartṛtā'kartṛtāpi ca |
ityādikānāṃ śaktīnāmanto nāsti śivātmanaḥ || 16 ||

Beside these he has the properties of intelligence and action, as also of causality and quietude;and there are many other powers in the spirit of Siva, of which there is no reckoning nor end.
