The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.37.11

साक्षिणि स्फार आभासे गृहे दीप इव क्रियाः ।
सत्ये तस्मिन्प्रकाशन्ते जगच्चित्रपरम्पराः ॥ ११ ॥

sākṣiṇi sphāra ābhāse gṛhe dīpa iva kriyāḥ |
satye tasminprakāśante jagaccitraparamparāḥ || 11 ||

It is in the presence of the bright light of the all witnessing eye of the great God, that the picture of the universe presents itself to our sight; as the presence of the lighted lamp in the room, shows us the lights of the things contained in it.
