The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निर्विकल्पाद्वितीया चिद्यासौ सकलगा सती ।
परमैका परा साच्छा दीपिका तेजसामपि ॥ १६ ॥

nirvikalpādvitīyā cidyāsau sakalagā satī |
paramaikā parā sācchā dīpikā tejasāmapi || 16 ||

The one sole and immutable Intellect which pervades all nature, is the supreme one and without an equal, and is more pellucid than the translucent light of a lamp and all other lights.
