The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.30.98

क्वचिदुज्ज्वलिताकारा क्वचित्कष्टा शिला क्वचित् ।
क्वचिन्नीलाथ हरिता क्वचिदग्निः क्वचिन्मही ॥ ९८ ॥

kvacidujjvalitākārā kvacitkaṣṭā śilā kvacit |
kvacinnīlātha haritā kvacidagniḥ kvacinmahī || 98 ||

Here it glows in luminous bodies, and there it shows itself of impenetrable thickets and in accessible rocks; It shines as bright and white in one place, and is as dark and blue in another; It sparkles in the fire and dwindles in the earth, it blows in the air and spreads in the water.
