Verse 6.30.74

संकल्पिताऽप्रबोधेन जाड्याऽविश्वप्रबोधिनी ।

saṃkalpitā'prabodhena jāḍyā'viśvaprabodhinī |
śabalaṃ rūpamāsādya saṃkalpādyātyanāratam || 74 ||

Thus the divine Intellect forgets its universality by its thoughts of particulars; and assumes the gross forms of the objects of its thoughts and desires.
