The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इत्येवं स्वप्नपुरवज्जगद्भाति चिदात्मकम् ।
एवं चिद्व्योममात्रात्म जगदच्छं न भित्तिमत् ॥ १३६ ॥

ityevaṃ svapnapuravajjagadbhāti cidātmakam |
evaṃ cidvyomamātrātma jagadacchaṃ na bhittimat || 136 ||

Thus the world appears as a city in dream before the intellectual soul, and this soul is only a form of the inane intellect, and this world is but a baseless fabric.
