The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.28.11

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
परमार्थावबोधाय दोषापाकरणाय च ।
श्रृणु राघव तत्त्वेन वक्ष्यमाणमिदं मया ॥ ११ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
paramārthāvabodhāya doṣāpākaraṇāya ca |
śrṛṇu rāghava tattvena vakṣyamāṇamidaṃ mayā || 11 ||

Vasishtha answered: Listen now Rama, to what I will relate to you for the instruction of the supreme knowledge, as also for removal of the evils which have taken root instead of true knowledge.
