The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

प्राणक्षयस्योपान्तस्थमपानक्षयकोटिगम् ।
अपानप्राणयोर्मध्यं चिदात्मानमुपास्महे ॥ ६३ ॥

prāṇakṣayasyopāntasthamapānakṣayakoṭigam |
apānaprāṇayormadhyaṃ cidātmānamupāsmahe || 63 ||

There is at the end of the extinction of prana, and beyond the limit of the exhaustion of apana, and situated in the interval between the extremities of both of these, which I ever adore.
