The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पश्चादाप्याययत्येष निमेषसमनन्तरम् ।
अपानशशिनोऽन्तस्था कला प्राणविवस्वता ॥ ३६ ॥

paścādāpyāyayatyeṣa nimeṣasamanantaram |
apānaśaśino'ntasthā kalā prāṇavivasvatā || 36 ||

When the last digit of the moon-like apana or inhaling breath, is swallowed by the sun of the prana or exhaling breath;it meets with the sight of supreme spirit, and has no more any cause of affliction.
