The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

संशान्तमलमोहेन स्वस्थेनान्तरिहोष्यते ।
सर्वारम्भान्सदा स्वच्छः कुर्वन्वापि बुधो जनः ॥ २८ ॥
saṃśāntamalamohena svasthenāntarihoṣyate |
sarvārambhānsadā svacchaḥ kurvanvāpi budho janaḥ || 28 ||
And whether the intelligent people are employed in busy life, or sit inactive at home; they are always quiet and at rest by following the course of their respiration.
