The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.25.26

प्राप्तप्राप्तव्यमखिलं तैरखिन्नास्त एव हि ।
तिष्ठता गच्छता नित्यं स्वपता जाग्रता तथा ॥ २६ ॥

prāptaprāptavyamakhilaṃ tairakhinnāsta eva hi |
tiṣṭhatā gacchatā nityaṃ svapatā jāgratā tathā || 26 ||

They are in possession of all, which is the sum total (tout ensemble) of what is to be had as the best gain; and whether when they are awake or asleep or walking or sitting, they never lose sight of that true light which leads them to the other world.
