The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तं बाह्यपूरकं त्वाद्यं विदुर्योगविदो जनाः ।
नासाग्रादपि निर्गत्य द्वादशान्तावधिर्गतिः ॥ १५ ॥

taṃ bāhyapūrakaṃ tvādyaṃ viduryogavido janāḥ |
nāsāgrādapi nirgatya dvādaśāntāvadhirgatiḥ || 15 ||

There is another (or secondary) external puraka air known to the wise, which takes its rise from the tip of the nose, and extends to the distance of twelve inches out-side of it.
