The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.24.20

इडा च पिङ्गला चास्य देहस्य मुनिनायक ।
सुस्थिते कोमले मध्ये पार्श्वकोष्ठे निमीलिते ॥ २० ॥

iḍā ca piṅgalā cāsya dehasya munināyaka |
susthite komale madhye pārśvakoṣṭhe nimīlite || 20 ||

There are two tender nerves called Ida and Pingala, which lie and stretch along the two sides of this building.
