The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पदमासादयन्त्येतत्कथं सामान्यबुद्धयः ।
आत्मचिन्ताविलासिन्यास्तस्याः सख्यो महामुने ॥ ६ ॥

padamāsādayantyetatkathaṃ sāmānyabuddhayaḥ |
ātmacintāvilāsinyāstasyāḥ sakhyo mahāmune || 6 ||

How can a man of common understanding come to the knowledge of that thing, which is an associate to the clear understanding of the meditative Sage only.
