The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इमं कल्पतरुं प्राप्य निजं नीडं प्रविश्य च ।
दूरस्थबाधास्तिष्ठामो मुने मौनमवस्थिताः ॥ ४९ ॥

imaṃ kalpataruṃ prāpya nijaṃ nīḍaṃ praviśya ca |
dūrasthabādhāstiṣṭhāmo mune maunamavasthitāḥ || 49 ||

We passed the region of the regents of the skies, which shone to a great distance with the blaze of solar rays; we fled through the empty air with the velocity of winds.
