The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

धीरस्थिरमहाकारो विश्रान्ति गतमन्दरः ।
परिपूर्णमनाः शुद्धः क्षीरार्णव इवागतः ॥ ४ ॥

dhīrasthiramahākāro viśrānti gatamandaraḥ |
paripūrṇamanāḥ śuddhaḥ kṣīrārṇava ivāgataḥ || 4 ||

He was big bodied grave and quiet, and sedate as the mount Mandara;and his mind was as full and clear as the calm ocean after a storm.
