The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अर्घ्यपाद्यादि संपाद्य भुशुण्डस्तुष्टमानसः ।
मामुवाच महातेजाः सौहृदान्मधुराक्षरम् ॥ ९ ॥

arghyapādyādi saṃpādya bhuśuṇḍastuṣṭamānasaḥ |
māmuvāca mahātejāḥ sauhṛdānmadhurākṣaram || 9 ||

Having offered me the water and honey for my refreshment, together with the honorarium worthy of me, the high minded Bhusunda felt the cheer of his mind, and then accosted me with complaisance and in words sweet as honey.
