The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तरङ्गफेनमालेव सैवान्येव च भङ्गुरा ।
श्वःश्वोऽपरेन्दुलेखेव समुदेति विचित्रता ॥ ३३ ॥

taraṅgaphenamāleva saivānyeva ca bhaṅgurā |
śvaḥśvo'parendulekheva samudeti vicitratā || 33 ||

The changeful events of the world, are passing on every day, like the gliding waves and the foaming froths of the sea, and the ever changing digits of the moon.
