The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इयं संसारसरणिर्वहत्यज्ञप्रमादतः ।
अज्ञस्योग्राणि दुःखानि सुखान्यपि दृढानि च ॥ ३३ ॥

iyaṃ saṃsārasaraṇirvahatyajñapramādataḥ |
ajñasyogrāṇi duḥkhāni sukhānyapi dṛḍhāni ca || 33 ||

The wise pass over all errors in their course amidst the world; but the ignorant are exposed to incessant troubles, in their ceaseless ardour to thrive in the pleasures of life.
