The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निरस्तसंरम्भमपास्तभेदं प्रशान्तनानाफलवल्गुवेषम् ।
विचारयात्मानमदीनसत्त्वो यथा भवस्युत्तमकार्यनिष्ठः ॥ १०० ॥

nirastasaṃrambhamapāstabhedaṃ praśāntanānāphalavalguveṣam |
vicārayātmānamadīnasattvo yathā bhavasyuttamakāryaniṣṭhaḥ || 100 ||

Freed from tumults and differences of faith, and exempted from pursuits for different results, employ your great mind, O Rama! to the highest duty of investigation into the nature of the soul, and securing your ultimate liberation by it.
