The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जीवन्मुक्तशरीराणामपुनर्जन्मकारिणी ।
मुक्ता हर्षविषादाभ्यां शुद्धा भवति वासना ॥ ८५ ॥

jīvanmuktaśarīrāṇāmapunarjanmakāriṇī |
muktā harṣaviṣādābhyāṃ śuddhā bhavati vāsanā || 85 ||

Those who are liberated in their lifetime, foster the pure desire which is unattended by joy or grief; and is not followed by future regeneration.
