The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ज्ञानवान्बालकदलीस्तम्भपल्लवपालिषु ।
सुरगन्धर्वकन्याङ्गलतानन्दनकेलिषु ॥ ३० ॥

jñānavānbālakadalīstambhapallavapāliṣu |
suragandharvakanyāṅgalatānandanakeliṣu || 30 ||

The wise man is indifferent to the attractions of beauties and celestial nymphs; who are as graceful in their stature and attire, like the young shoot of the plantain tree with its spreading foliage.
