The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.93.23

समं स्वरूपममलं ज्ञेयं ब्रह्म परं विदुः ।
ज्ञानाभिगममात्रेण तत्स्वयं संप्रसीदति ॥ २३ ॥

samaṃ svarūpamamalaṃ jñeyaṃ brahma paraṃ viduḥ |
jñānābhigamamātreṇa tatsvayaṃ saṃprasīdati || 23 ||

They then come to know the knowable, supreme spirit as immaculate as their own souls; and it is only through the knowledge of the supreme spirit, that this rapture imparts its grace to the soul.
