The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.91.42

यदभावनमास्थाय यदभावस्य भावनम् ।
यद्यथावस्तुदर्शित्वं तदचित्तत्वमुच्यते ॥ ४२ ॥

yadabhāvanamāsthāya yadabhāvasya bhāvanam |
yadyathāvastudarśitvaṃ tadacittatvamucyate || 42 ||

It is called unmindedness also, when the mind is practised to its Yoga, or thoughtlessness of all external objects, and remains transfixed in its vision of the sole essence of God.
