The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भावितस्तीव्रसंवेगादात्मना यत्तदेव सः ।
भवत्याशु महाबाहो विगतेतरसंस्मृतिः ॥ ३० ॥

bhāvitastīvrasaṃvegādātmanā yattadeva saḥ |
bhavatyāśu mahābāho vigatetarasaṃsmṛtiḥ || 30 ||

It is the intensity of one's thought of getting something that produces it before him; in utter disregard of the other objects of its remembrance.
