The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एतस्मात्समतीतस्य त्यक्ताविद्यस्य राघव ।
आत्मज्ञानस्य नास्त्यत्र कर्तृताकर्तृतानघ ॥ ३० ॥

etasmātsamatītasya tyaktāvidyasya rāghava |
ātmajñānasya nāstyatra kartṛtākartṛtānagha || 30 ||

Hence no one that is unacquainted with these things, is able to effect his flight in the air; and he that is fraught with his spiritual knowledge, has no need of these practices.
